Fence Permit Application

The purpose of this form is to:

    • establish minimum standards to safeguard life and property;
    • promote public welfare; and to
    • promote community aesthetics by regulating the appearance, construction, location, and maintenance of all fences




A fence permit is NOT required within a five(5) year period after installation for the following reasons:

    • painting;
    • maintenance; or
    • repair/replacement of less then sixteen(16) lineal feet of a fence

By submitting this application on-line, I understand that:

    • an approved permit will expire one year from the date of issuance, if the fence is not constructed;
    • construction of the fence must be completed within 60 days of commencement of construction; and
    • prior to installation, Digger's Hotline must mark the site (see link after application is submitted).
