Commercial Construction - Minor Repairs

No building of any kind shall be moved, and no new building or structure shall be erected, enlarged, altered, moved, demolished, razed, or used within the Village until a permit has been obtained from the Village - at a value of $1,000 or more.

ALL COMMERCIAL MAJOR ALTERATIONS/ADDITIONS MUST GO THROUGH A STATE PLAN REVIEW - THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

I understand that there is no fee for this permit application with the Village of Edgar.
