Parks Commission

The Park Commission is made up of two Village Trustees and five to seven citizen members.

 

What They Do

The Commission is responsible for:

  • Managing and caring for all public parks in the Village

  • Planning improvements and enhancements to park facilities

  • Ensuring that parks are safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone

  • Promoting the quiet, orderly, and community-friendly use of these spaces

 

The Park Commission helps keep Edgar true to its name as the “Village of Parks.” 🌳
