Water & Sewer Committee

The Water & Sewer Committee is dedicated to ensuring that Edgar residents have access to safe, reliable drinking water.

 

What They Do

• Wells: Monitors and reviews the condition of the wells that supply water to the Village.

• Water Tower & Storage: Oversees the Village’s above-ground storage facilities.

• Distribution System: Manages water mains, pumping stations, and treatment equipment.

• Safe Drinking Water: Ensures that all water provided meets or exceeds Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) standards for quality and safety.

 

This committee works behind the scenes to make sure the community’s water system stays healthy, dependable, and well-maintained.
