Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Permit Application

Dear Resident,

The purpose of this permit application is to safeguard life and property; and to promote public welfare and community aesthetics by regulating the appearance, construction, location, and maintenance of all pools and hot tubs.

By typing your name below and pressing the submit button, this will be considered your electronic signature that the information you provide in the form is true and correct statement of the work to be done; and that any changes shall be submitted for approval; and that the pool/hot tub shall conform to all Village of Edgar Ordinances and State Codes, where such may apply.

This permit expires on year from the date of issuance if pool/hot tub is not constructed. Construction of the pool/hot tub must be completed within 60 days of commencement of construction. Prior to installation, Digger's Hotline must mark the site if you are digging.
